HooksHook respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on digitalweddingsinvitation.com and hookshook.online.

What we collect

• Name, email, mobile number and state, which you enter at checkout to generate your receipt and verify re-downloads.
• Payment details are collected and processed by Razorpay, not by us. We receive the payment ID, status, amount and method.

How we use it

• To process your order, show your receipt and let you re-download your purchase.
• To meet tax and legal obligations.

We don't sell your data or send marketing emails.

Where it's stored

Payment details are stored with Razorpay. Your invitation details and any photos you upload are stored securely in our database (Supabase) so we can make and deliver your invitation; photos are private and used only for your order. A small item in your browser's local storage remembers your last payment ID so you can re-open your download.

Cookies and advertising

We count visits with our own simple analytics: a random visitor ID stored in your browser, the page you viewed, where you came from (e.g. an ad) and whether you clicked Buy. It contains no name, email or phone. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure our ads. They may set cookies and receive page-view and purchase events, plus your email and phone in hashed (scrambled) form, so Meta can match a purchase to an ad. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook/Instagram ad settings.

Recent purchase notices

Our home page may show anonymous notices of real recent orders, such as "Someone from Maharashtra ordered a wedding invitation · 10 min ago". These show only the state you chose at checkout and the time of purchase, never your name, email or phone.
