Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before you submit your details

If you cancel before submitting your wedding details on your order page, we refund the full amount. Write to our support email with your payment ID.

After you submit your details

Once you submit your details, we start designing your invitation. Orders can't be cancelled or refunded after this point, because the work is custom-made for you. You still get one free correction round after delivery.

When we will refund anyway

• We could not deliver within 5 days of receiving your complete details.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Failed payments

If a payment fails but money was debited, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
